Not a ton of classic rock, Queen would be the closest thing, Metallica was actually a metal band back in the day, they used to be good, Kill em All, Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets, And Justice for all... imo were their best albums, black album was okay, after that it goes downhill imo now they have become indeed a hard rock band.

Nevermore- The Politics of Ectasy Their second album they did, interesting to listen to and that leaves two more album of theirs I need to finish off their collection, good interesting concept sort of album.

IMO one of thier better albums

Its weird but...everybody who subscribes to the "Older Green Day was good, their new stuff sucks" train of though always says that Dookie is the best, I unno why, its weird.

Would have to say that Dookie is probably one of their better albums, and much better than their new stuff, especially with them jumping on the political bandwagon like so many bands now a days.

Nevermore- Dead Heart In A Dead World Like to refer to this release as one of their more melodies in their songs sort of album, different sort from their others, but definitely a lot of my favourite songs from them on this one, The Heart Collector, We disintegrate, Inside Four Walls, Believe In Nothing, probably the best place to start for these guys this album.

xD I unno, I went out and bought American Idiot (CD) like everybody else, liked it for a month or two, went out and bought their greatest hits, listenend to Maria / Welcome to Paradise, got bored of Green Day, moved on. My music taste never stays the same for long cause I choose like 5-10 songs, listen to them like 40 times...and get tired of em. I'm in 80s mode / oldies atm cause of VH1.

Prince / Jump Around / Iggy Pop / etc / etc.

Dio- Master Of The Moon Found the most recent album by Dio just to hear what his music has been like, wells since his early stuff. Not bad it's not the greatest musically, but still Dio's voice is super strong and powerful as it was in the 80's, good on that front, not so great on the songs.

I just went out and bought the #1 Motion Picture soundtrack (as voted on Vh1classic.com) to the #1 Cult Flick of all time, I tried to find a shirt at Hot Topic but they didn't have one so I got a Snakes on a Plane one instead, lmao.
