I got The Libertine on DVD (starring Johnny Depp and John Malcovich).  It's fantastic, the acting and staging are superb, as is the script.  I'd advise anyone to watch it, provided you can stomach all the sex and swearing.

Megadeth-Youthanasia Been looking for this album for awhile and decided to finally pick it up, listened to some tracks before and wasn't that thrilled by it, but listened to the album again and well my opinion has changed. :P Worthy followup to Countdown to Extinction, really impressed with this album, lot of the tracks were written by all the band, which was interesting to see, but glad I picked this up.

Megadeth-Risk There's only one reason I picked this album up, to help with completing the megadeth collection, probably their worst album full of pop songs ick. :P Where Dave Mustaine decided to listen more to his producer then what he wanted to do and bam we have Risk, going to be a fun listen I can imagine.  :P

Finally got my copy of Iced Earth- Alive in Athens 3 Disc collection, 31 songs they performed and wow what a performance, the band is superb, Matt Barlow is at the top of his singing, and it almost sounds as good as the studio releases, that's how good it turned out, have to say this is probably the best metal live recording of a concert. :P

Megadeth- The System Has Failed The last album Megadeth put out and this is even more return to their roots, a la rust in peace style, so far so good with this album, that leaves me with only 1 more album of theirs to buy, killing is my business and business is good, whoo. :P

Rhapsody- Power of The DragonFlame Haven't listened to this album yet, but it completes my rhapsody studio collection and my first collection of an artist. :P

A Perfect Circle- eMOTIVe Another complete discography with APC, picked up the last album I needed, heard some good things about it and looking forward to this listen, heard it's a grower so that's excellent.

Strapping Young Lad- City My first SYL CD and probably their best I've heard and read around the net, from the genius that is Devin Townsend, going to be a crazy listen no doubt. Once I get this blasted security tape off the top. :ok:

...and now you're drooling for Lauri? :) I don't know what it is, but The Rasmus doesn't sound so special in my ears. It is good, admited, but something's missing in my opinion. And something has to be right if there're thousands of young girls drooling after Lauri and the band! :ok:

Yesterday I bought "Walking with Dinosaurs", the epic story shown on BBC in 1999. Remastered in 2005 it looks marvelous - the scenery is soooooo good lookin'. Yay for me  :ok: .

's a shame about all the specualtion presented as scientific fact, really :ok:
It was a great show, but they did go a bit too far with it sometimes.

I've been meaning to pick up the Life boxset when I get round to it. It's expensive, though.

@DD: Not quite a complete collection, there - you need the rEMIXES album that came with the videos DVD aMOTION. Well worth the price for either of them IMO.

Strapping Young Lad- Heavy As A Really Heavy Thing The first album that this band did, just gave it a listen and not as heavy or crazy as I expected, that or I'm just used to their music maybe. :ok: but still classic Mr. Townsend who pretty much did the entire album himself, guitars, vocals, bass, didn't do drums but nice job overall.

Dio- Sacred Heart Actually enjoying this album a bit more than the last one I picked up, it's a pretty good listen so far and Dio sounds just as strong as ever, 3 albums all a year apart man he was busy.
