Bloomin' Spring - bane of my life, that - call centres everywhere use it's blandness and familiarity to numb you into not realising you've been queuing for 6 and a half hours to have some numpty tell you you need to ring a different number. Grrr! (And this is from someone who works in a call centre, with even worse music which was clearly chosen to irritate anyone who's on hold - maybe we weren't getting enough complaints or something. They switched a nice recording of Frank Sinatra's greatest hits, which was fine except for the hideous travesty that is Love and Marriage, for some poorly-recorded, distorted pap from the likes of Maroon 5 played at too high a volume. Gah!)
Sorry, wandered off a bit there... The other seasons are much better though :ok:

To be honest, I had to remind myself what album was at question... Sometimes I just can't remember names. :ok:

Well, Elegy (1996) is their third album, so it's from their "Golden Era", as some might say. Umm, yes, I would recommend. However, I'm not quite sure about your musical taste, but as you seem to spend some bucks to music, I'd say buy it. However, if you don't yet have Tuonela (1999), I recommend to buy it instead.

Eugh. Dune is over-rated.

Finally found one CD I was looking for today.

Iced Earth- Horror Show Been looking for this one as it's the last studio album with Matt Barlow on vocals, pretty good so far and Barlow is excellent on vocals.

Devin Townsend- Terria I've heard good things about Mr. Townsend so decided to check out one of his solo albums, this one is very interesting, very prog based, but kind of a nice listen sort of an atmospheric sort of album, lots of sound, pretty interesting and definite change from what I've been listening to. :(

http://www.last.fm/user/DeathDude/Upcoming Concerts will be attending, 5/10/08: Dream Theater, 5/12/08: Gigantour, 5/16/08: Nightwish, 5/27/08: Rush, 6/5/08 and 6/6/08: Iron Maiden, 7/27/08: Judas Priest,

You're listening to Devil Townsend now? You've come along way in a short period of time. Terria is my favorite by them but I would recommend Ocean Machine next. Their most accessible and brilliant. :)

Gotta check out their new one Synchestra myself in the coming weeks. As for the Iced Earth, watch for the tracks Damien and The Phantom Opera Ghost. :(

Got the Phantom Of The Park film  - starring KISS   :(

Kinda a spoof version of Phantom Of The Opera.  Really cheesy film, but really good.   :)
