The reason your head hurts is because the prog gods are punishing you for saying bad things about Rush.

Anyways let's change it up well kinda, finally found this clip from Symphony X's performance at gigantour in Montreal couple of years ago, one of my favourite prog metal bands, and Russell Allen is an amazing vocalist as you will see in this clip and the band too is just solid, this is inferno.
