Oh yeah that one rocks for sure. 
And if your like me and like to hear that music outside of the game, go look for modplug I think it's called, it let's you play the music files from Deus Ex, and Unreal Tournament, and any music that uses the .umx format.

There are many good game music here. But there is one that has not been named here which is the game red alert. I found the tune "Hell March" quite catchy. (I think it is called "hell march")

The Spirit Engine (which is freeware!) has probably the best soundtracks I've ever heard in a game. It's actually kinda ironic that it beats every single other commercial game's music, too, imo. (and it's freeware!)

Back in the day I was a big fan of the first Tony Hawk Pro Skater's music, well because it was one of the first to have licensed music.

For sure, haven't heard San Andreas one, but definitely Vice City is tops, for having 2 minutes to midnight, peace sells.

Indeed GTA 1 and 2 had some great funny radio stations and the music they used was pretty good. GTA 3 had it's moments with some of them, KChat prob one of my favourite stations.

Oh man, you can't forget about the Zelda series when it comes to soundtracks, just so memorable and amazing (my favorite is the Wind Waker soundtrack).
