Why do they call it FINAL Fantasy, when it never is their final fantasy? They keep making sequels.

Wow that's impressive. 
It's so hard to avoid it just draws ya in and doesn't want to let ya go.
Oh yeah I remembered one more thing I hate about Final Fantasy, Final Fantasy 7 Fanboys/girls who praise that game to the extreme.
I mean it's good but for some reason those are some of the worst Fanboys/girls I've seen.

square was going bankrupt and thier lead designer (the guy who makes the FF games...duh
) decided to make one last game hence: Final Fantasy.the game was such a success that square not only made enough money to stay in the buisiness but as we all know makes millions and millions of dollars a year.
the final was probably kept for marketing reasons
What I hate about FF?
I think I hate the fact that I like them so much even though they all have so many bad points

I hate the fact that only ff3 (also known as ff6) and ff7 where good. The others just plain in comparison.

Most of them are total crap, but I actually quite liked Final Fantasy 8. Final Fantasy 7 was alright, but they put in some rubbish mini-games, which irritated me to no end.
The rest are just too... well... rubbish. I don't like the design of most of them, I think I'd even prefer playing FF Nova to playing FF9 again. Or any of the other ones.
And you're right, the fanboys/girls are loyal for no real reason.
Although I do like the drawing style myself...

I played Suikoden 2 (another Japanese RPG), it was fun...
Then I played FF7, and I got bored after 1h of playing, everything (except graphics) was the same...

DakaSha:if you go into a kindergarden and give all the kids rubber schlongs they will prob just hit each other over the head with them
DakaSha:and you have a class of little kids hitting eachother with rubber dongs which must be quite funny (also Picklweasel knight I am)
