I haven't explored anything 'different' for a while now. I've been refining my brushing and messing around with Tais liquid backgrounds. I think that over the coming weeks I'll move onto learning something new. I'll share when I do.
Back to the image...
Interesting way of combining the layers. The colours for the most part are really vibrant and interesting (minus that out of place black). The text is readable but not attention-drawing. Depending on what you was trying to acheive thats either good or bad. I generally feel that text should almost always be the main feature of a signature image. Border is present but not defining.
I quite like it the text and border can be overlooked as together they kind of form a 'dreamy' style. I think the black is the only real minus of the image. Good Stuff

I quite like the black, actually. It creates a sort of cigarette-burns-in-a-red-and-orange-tablecloth effect.

Hmmm, thanks all.
I like the border / font actually...cause the main point of the pic is the colors, so I wanted them to be the main point.
And I think the black kind of helps emphasive the other colors, makes em stand out.
