Tuntematon Sotilas (1955): The air raid on their camp site, while 3 soldiers are standing on the road in arrest. Also, when one of the other soldiers breaks down is rather shattering. (Btw: I really recommend the book. It's really heart-breaking and all over exellent)
The Burning: (even if I try to forget this scene) The raft/canoe massacre.
EDIT: Coz Frodo reminded me with that Jekyll/Hyde: Nosferatu and the shadow play. Probably one of the creepiest moments in movie history.
The Battleship Potemkin: The staircase/pram scene.
M: The first time you connect the whisteling to the murders. *shudders*

I met a goldfish who remembered meeting me before, but I had forgotten about that.

I haven't seen that movie since more than 15 years ago I think. But I remember I thought it was very good. The only bit I remember now (vaguely) is when they are on the ocean floor being hunted by a destroyer. It has also been ages since I last saw T.S., but I have read the book regularely over the years. Btw: I heard they released an uncensored version of T.S. a few years back. I might want to get a copy of that one if it ever gets translated..

Oh, there is room for two quotes from Star Wars, which stand out as more than just a bit insinuating, nudge-nudge-know-what-I-mean?
"Look at the _size_ of that thing!", and the winner
Luke: "Pull out, Wedge! You're not doing any good back there"
And from that well known gay porn movie, on to a movie which I haven't actually seen except for a few clips:
Just look up "shark attack megalodon" on youtube, especially those saying "a giant shark eats...". They're just hysterical. To me, those are great moments in movie history.
EDIT: DOOOOWNEEER!!! Goddamn that Megalodon was a mega heap of mega dung! I wouldn't want my worst enemy to watch this pile of crap. Still, those sequences are funny as hell, only the rest of the stinker flick ruins them by not just showing them and let out the rest of the movie.

Cold Hearts
Alicia REALLY hates being a vampire. Chaz made her feed off some people, and now the guilt is getting to her. She lays out in the sun all day, knowing it will kill her. The sun gradually burns her, and she eventually just crumbles to dust. It is so sad.
Also, when Seth reveals his secret as he is fighting Chaz. That was amazing.

Curse Of The Werewolf
When Alfredo finds the servant girl and takes her to his house. Teresa takes care of her, and then discovers that the servent girl is mute. It's a very touching scene.
Later on, Leon is in jail for murder. He begs his father that he must be executed and burned alive before sunset, or he will turn into a werewolf again.

Frodo, I seem to get the impression that you are very partial to vampire/werewolf flicks. In any case, here's a few scenes from a few of my favorite movies of all time:
The Matrix: the ending when Neo calls the machines
Gladiator: There are so many good scenes in this movie, but I'll settle for two - one, where maximus tells his friend that he will see his family again when he dies, and two, the end (excluding the fight, that's a whole 'nother great scene ).
Star Trek II: "KHAAAAAN!!!"
And, of course, the best for last, is indeed Serenity. Again, so many good scenes in this movie, but my favorite is definitely the love speech at the end.
BTW, Blood-Pigggy: I must be a Nazi then.
