Santa Ride! is one of the coolest Christmas-themed games that I have ever played. Now most of these holiday games are 2D, cheap looking games. But Santa Ride! is just purely breathtaking, and beautiful. Plus it even runs on lower-spec computers. So, what is the game all about? Read on.

The story goes that it's Christmas Eve, and Santa needs your help delivering gifts to all the little children. You can't keep them waiting, all they will lose their faith in you, and stop believing in Santa. And we can't have that now, can we! So you better keep your on on the Santa Faith Bar, and don't let it run too low.

In order to keep the children happy, load up your sleigh with presents, and then throw them into the chimneys. But how will the children know you have visited them? Simply press 'H' to make a sound.

But even Santa can't deliver all the present without a little help. Luckily, you will find bonus items along the way, that will give Santa a little boost. Finding a Horseshoe will allow him to control the sleigh better, finding a carrot will make his sleigh travel faster, and finding a cookie will give double score.

The game will get harder as you advance. It's your classic racer game, beat the clock, and deliver the presents. But I still can't get over the terrific graphic design. It almost feels as if you've fallen into the movie "The Polar Express". And the music is also fantastic.

You owe it to yourself to try out this fun game. The only downfall, is the somewhat big file size of 98 MB. But it's not too bad considering most games now a days. So go ahead, be a kid again, and enjoy the ride in Santa's sleigh. You might even make it to the highscore.
