Name: Gorilla OS: DOS Developer: Microsoft License: Freeware Download: http://www.the-underdogs.org/game.php?gameid=3261 Review by: The chicken man (James Wood) (Note: There is no official web site for this game as it is freeware\abandonware :-) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Gorilla is a freeware (open-source) game by Microsoft that was included in there first version of Qbasic. The aim of Gorilla is to gain points by killing the other Gorilla by throwing explosive bananas at it. You start the game by typing the name of player one and player two, after that you type how many points you want to play to, also you get to select the gravity. Once your in game you can set the angle and velocity of the banana, but it's not as simple as that, you also have to take into account the wind, and the buildings that are around you. The thing I most like about Gorilla is that it is two player, there is no computer controlled Gorilla in this game, so it's lot's of fun if you have someone to play with. Overall, Gorilla is a nice game and will provide plenty of fun for some time, while it's graphics and sound are not that great they are functional and suit the game well.
