Great work, Tai! While I feel like I'm stuck with what I'm doing you're just getting better and better. Awesome.

Just thought I'd share the project I just finished for my drawing & composition class...
It's a texture practice, using ink as a medium. Basically, the assignment was to create a variety of textures in a composition (shading, balance, etc., was not the point - just the texture techniques for this one) using ink.
In resizing it, it's lost a lot of the details, but I figured it'd be good not to post a 400kb image

Wow just wow.
That's just incredible Taikara! Awesome work on it, looks great, there's sweet that you did so much just using ink.

I've been really sick, but life goes on, and my composition class is no exception. I'm fairly behind at this point, but here's a scan of a watercolor I turned in.

It's crap, but hey, what can you do.
Also, an avvie and sig I did about a month or so ago for a .hack forum (I was looking forward to the game):

Edit: @Raffles: I'll finish your sig soon, I'm sorry it's taken so long. I just have to get caught up a little with my schoolwork first

Bummer about the sickness tai.
As for the watercolour piece though, it looks pretty nice though.
Like the brush strokes and the the different varations of colours in the piece, imagine that piece must have taken some time, but still looks pretty good.
The avi and sig also both look pretty sweet. Like the see through effect with the face and the colours too, with that nifty swirling circle, which character from .hack is that? Overall though, good work.

Sorry to hear you haven't been well, Tai.
I'd say it looks nice, it's just that the black doesn't quite work...
I haven't started complaining yet, have I?
Don't worry; take your time. Obviously your coursework is more important.
Here, have a virtual hobnob: *hobnob*

As I said on MSN, I think your water colour is brilliant Tai.
I like how you did the trees, and I love all the colours in it.
And your signature and avatar are amazing. Love the red writing. That's really clever how you can see it through the face.
Hope you get better soon Tai.
