I feel sad for him. I have been tempted to join the dark side, but I resisted once seeing how hard to use Photoshop 7 for a newbie.

@Abi: I actually found it fairly easy to get used to, but there are a number of functions which are strangely named and tucked away

I Just finished my worst and, by far, most annoying assignment for the site. I had to remove the title and buttons from the following screenshot (as the buttons was a huge no-no for a title to have, and the title was too small when resized).



The endresult after paintaking and painful editing in Paint, looks like this...



And the reason why it sucked so much to do, and hurted my eyes? Well, have a look at a screenshot of how it looks when I worked on it... (6 times magnified).



And that screen is taken from the easiest edit I had to do. (Bottom right button). And the worst part is that I still don't know if the picture will be useable, as it will have to be resized, and screens like that usually don't turn out alright at all. Most of the time they look butt-ugly when resized.

Now, I think I'll go and put icewater on my eyes...

It looked fine when I tried to resize it to one quarter of its current size...

Edit: I think there's a green pixel missing in the bottom right corner.

I think Tom is the perfect person to show people that Paint doesn't suck!! Awesome patience!!

BTW: That Lost in the Nightmare is awesome, I would go with a themed touch, all blue or all dark red... I'll try to do a LITN banner... Pretty good idea...
