I'd have to say that's the first time anyone's tried guessing what it is, and I must say it's the weirdest guess I've ever gotten too.
But no it's just half a face with no actual face.
More like it's one and half eyes an ear and some hair that drops down between the two ears. I could draw up a diagram if you need further explanations.
