@ Sean

Some Americans are pretty nice, but I have to say that the kindest ones I've met have expatriated to Europe.

I'd also like to point out that Bush isn't the evil one, he's simply the moron out in front so that people mock him and feel that he's weak whilst Cheney makes some extremely smart choices that've kept him in power. Bush is basically just a puppet.

Anyway, that was very off-topic.

I bought Hypnotize (the new System of a Down album) and it's actually very, very good. I didn't really like Mezmerize very much, but they outdid themselves with this one.

I bought 'The Bourne Supremacy' (DVD) which was pretty good, as fun as the first.

I also watched SAW last night, I was quite suprised after reading some reviews on it I was a little unenthustastic but it was a pretty decent film with a very unexpected ending.

I'll probably get SAW II when it's on DVD.

Hullaballoo - Muse
(some album with Blur that I cant remembre what's called right now)

They were all very very very cheap. God Bless Italy And It's Cheap Stuff.

I bought the Bourne Supremacy and really my friend was praising about it, and after I watched it didn't find it to be that great of a movie imo, just wasn't as good as the first imo.

I watched the Dawn of the dead remake last night.

Why it got such bad reviews I don't know... sure it isn't the best zombie movie ever but it sticks to tryed an tested scare techniques which work. It's a good film. As opposed to 28 days later that is 'experimental' gets great reviews and is a mighty suckfest. Well it was okay, just not a zombie movie like I expected. I was lied too !

The Dawn of the Dead remake was pretty good but the 1979 Original is better. Both are top rate horror films. I for one actually really liked 28 Days Later, very unique approach for a zombie film. Good atmosphere but the story took a few turns for the worse by the end.

I am so jealous - I looked for that in the store the other day, and couldn't find it.

I bought The Brothers Grimm instead, because I was curious - it was mostly a waste, imho. Some neato effects, but the storyline just got more and more ridiculous as it went on, and they did not cleanly conclude it any way whatsoever.

Well, that's answered my question about whether or not it's any good - I'm always wary of Gilliam post-Python (with the possible exception of Jabberwocky, on the grounds that it's still quite Pythony)

You'd almost have to see it to believe it - they totally pulled tripe out of their behinds to get a "happy" ending - and there were bits that they just threw out into the story to have them in, without any real sensible attachment to the story.

Platoon is a classic movie, one of my favorite war films ever. Enjoy.
