And the next Bond had best not be an American. That'd be lame.
Is the current one American, then? I always thought he was Irish.

I don't know, actually. I dunno who the current one is, it'd be nice to know. If it's Tom Cruise then I'm not going to watch it. Not even pirated. Oh no.

Brosnan was Irish actually and the next bond will be British, Daniel Craig will be playing the role.

What about The Postman? Much worse than Waterworld, IMO. Who knew that modern civilization rested on the shoulders of the American postal service? Not me, that's for sure.

Yeah, indeed. As if.

Ooh ooh National Treasure is crap too. Yeah, it's only about the most biased thing ever...

The British : "Yes, we will steal the american constitution for some reason."

The USA : "Urmm... yes... anyway, we got there first."

The British : "And we like to kill people and things. Not that we get typecasted in US films or anything.

The USA : "And now I'll add the Freemasons into the mix. Excellent."

The public : "This is rubbish" *everyone walks off*

Oh, I remembered another one: Eight Men Out. A film about the Black Sox Scandal - and it's about as exciting as that sounds. A bunch of corrupt baseball players in the early 1920s cheat with games. They get caught. End of story.

I found national treause to be not too bad in terms of story, some of the historical aspects were interesting to learn only really thing I found annoying about it, was that yeah the Americans would spend all this time figuring out something about the puzzle and here comes the British cracking it in like no time, got to love that.  :P

Yeah, I kind of enjoyed National Treasure as well. Not that it's a good movie, but as I think it's entertaining at least.

If you want to see a movie that's biased against the British, you should watch The Patriot. That movie would have you believe that the British of the time were nothing but church-burning genocidal scum. It would also have yu believe that the American war of indepence was really won by Mel Gibson, with a little help from the American flag. Now that's a bad movie. :P
Furthermore, it is my opinion that Carthage must be destroyed.

Doesn't surprise me about the patriot, it's hollywood spin on the events they love to do that, what's another movie where they give more credit to the U.S, ah yes U-571.

And one more that just absolutely has to be mentioned...

Has anyone seen House of 1000 Corpses?

Not a bad word about Johnny Depp. He happens to be one of my favourite actors and I think most of his movies are good (although he has produced a few stinkers, Pirates of the Caribbean being one of them). :P

And now that we're at it: not a bad word about House of a Thousand Corpses. Well, maybe one or two bad words are okay, but no more than that. It was surprisingly entertaining, and happens to be one of the best movies I've rented in recent memory (although that doesn't really say much).
Furthermore, it is my opinion that Carthage must be destroyed.
