No, it means that I edited it because I typed 'yes' instead of 'no'.
For the confusion I'll tell you that the first name does start with a letter from that range.
As for the important question, it's already been asked in a different context. It's actually misleading as it stands there, but it would probably have been more misleading had I said the opposite.
