I've given the admins the list of engines from The Crow's Nest (which's sadly enough gone now) It's mostly adventure game engines, but some others're there as well, like Blitzbasic, etc. I think the focus should lay more on those studios specially made for games more than any general programming aid. It definitely wouldn't hurt to put a list of those engines up, though. Just got to draw a clear line between engine and programming aid.

I agree. Just a description of the libraries and what one can do with them was what I was thinking of.
