It's a very short game, and the name is only mentioned twice, in the introduction and in the credits. The name actually describes a type of food.

I'd like to guess "Out of Order", where the main character is named "Hurford Schlitzing". I haven't played the game so I have no idea if the game is short nor if it's only mentioned in the beginning and end... I'm just guessing
