O already has a pretty good job in the company, but he'd like a change of scenery.

D had a tragic car crash on the way there 
But N did decently enough. Pity he spilled coffee all over the interviewer at the end.

C did not only survive the crash, he made it to the interview on time and well dressed. He was enthousiastic, self-assured, said everything the interviewer wanted to hear and had all the necessary qualifications.
