Yes.

Having already established that Donald Sutherland is the coolest guy of all time, this should have been easier, i think

Next film.   :roflol:

This story tells us how 2 young vampires (Viktoria and Alicia) are just trying to survive in a town ruled by a nasty vampire lord and his minions.

Vampires can bend your mind to their will, but the vampire lord uses this to his advantage.

Naah, she's evil little devil, watching movies nobody else would ever watch. With the exception of Jason and the Argonauts, but that was only because I recommended it. Seriously, I thought I knew at least something about vampire movies, but now... nothing.

CLUE
Being vampires, they have to 'take their medicine' frequently.
One of them hates that they have to do this.
There is also a werewolf in this film, but you don't realise this until near the end.

Sounds like another of the low budget crap they churn out to play on the horror channel  :roflol:
I have that channel on my favourites list.
Cold Hearts.

This is a movie about a experimental weapon being shipped by the US government that gets hi-jacked by terrorists.
The twist is :drum roll: that the weapon is actually a bunch of gigantic scorpions!
Eeek!
This is some low budget crap, although it utilises CGI to about the level you may have tried when quickly scrolling through windows on mspaint.
For your final clue, the name is kinda latin-ish.
But not really.

Frodo: That would probably be more like Scorpionius Alerta, other than that: I haven't got the faintest idea.

Tail Sting.

it fits perfectly except for the part about Latin.

Well, 'Tail Sting' is an anagram of 'G, it's Latin!'...

I'm thinking of Scorpius Gigantus!, and Mighty Midget was closest so he wins.

Ummm   ok? It was really meant as a heads-up to Frodo. You asked for something Latin-ish... but ok:

In this film (say, the first of 2) vegetables strike back... or rather, this partucular vegetable strike back, attacking in numbers every human they come across. It's far from a decent movie, but a movie nonetheless.
I met a goldfish who remembered meeting me before, but I had forgotten about that.
