This is a remake of one of my favourite Spectrum games!!! and stop nagging about the shield. as i know in original there was no shield.
have to try it when i get home. i remember reaching level second wave on spectrum. i wonder how many are there....
or maybe it's time to search for spectrum version for my ZX emulator...

I wasted my youth in arcades, playing Phoenix. Oh, those were the days.

I used to play this on the arcade when I was in the Air Force going thru Air Base Ground Defense at Camp Bullis. I must have spent a hunderd dollars of quarters on this game. It's wonderful!(
