I think in negative thoughts completely. When I think, I can also see pictures in full color and hear sound. I can completely reimagine star wars episode 3 for instance in my head, every scene. Wierd huh. :)
Pi stinks, tastes horribles, and I hate it! But cake is good...

I find that I have mental blocks on certain things.  For example, one story I had had in my mind for a long time kept expanding itself on its own quite rapidly.  Then one day, I couldn't think of it anymore; every time I tried to think about it, my mind would make me think of something else, or if I was prone, I would fall asleep.

After this happened, I began to use this to break through the mild cases of insomnia I had been experiencing by just thinking of one of the characters in the story; I would almost immediately fall asleep.  Last night, a particularly sleepless night, I tried to think more about the story but my mind kept me distracted with other thoughts.

One thing I have noticed is that I gain knowledge in different things, but I have no way of explaining how I learned it.  The things I generally learn in this way involve religion, politics, morality, and philosophy.  I would think about something, and it would turn into some other topic, and I would find myself thinking about certain topics and unlocking knowledge I previously didn't have.

I've also found myself anticipating conversations with people I know and plotting what I would say to them, how they may respond, and what I may say in turn.  It's really annoying.

I should also mention that my memory is pretty bad.  I used to be much worse (I'd drive to class and forget where I was going), but I still struggle with trying to remember people's names and whether I did certain things or not.  Also, I have been known to forget what I was saying in mid-sentence.
