That's disgusting! Who told you that? It's also wrong, everybody knows it's the heart, it's just common knowledge. Besides, human hearts taste good, whereas human brains are mostly fat.

Actually...

It IS the brain to gain the wisdom. The heart to gain the strength and courage. The eyes for the experience.

But the first you eat, is the tongue. This way you can't be harmed by the curses laid upon you by the dinner. The tongue is cut out while your dinner is still alive and eaten raw.

I understand Germany practiced cannibalism when Hitler ruled.  They still do in some parts...
