[Doubler]

So, my first weak at uni is at an end.
Already had to write my first essay, have two more to go, along with two other assignments, and it's great!

Essay already eh, whoa talk about quick. Got my first one coming up in a couple of weeks in english, in class too on poetry.

Yeah think my first actual essay that is due is on Oct.4, 750 words so not too bad.

We got like five gazillion tests already, one for French, one for Math, one for English, and one for Science.

That's a bummer, think got a few quizzes for english but that's it, oh and a midterm for one of my courses, mostly just long term assignments.

So, what happened in school this week for me?

Well, I pointed out typos in both the new sets of science books our school got...
I found my set of teachers is semi-decent, at last...
Brought a spoon to school every day... (She's called spoony, and is apparently a good kisser)
Discovered my french has completely left me...

And dropped my spoon twice during our Head Of Year's assembly. Spoony made a nice clatter during his speeches...

Ugh. Our english final paper... It's so long. 2500 words of analyzing a book(I chose "Of mice and men").... Luckily we do it the whole academic year.

You mean you've got one year to do that paper? That's terrible. There's nothing worse than having too much time to do an assignment. I always find vacation essays infinitely worse than regular weekly essays, because having more than a week just feels wrong somehow...

Yeah. And we have to hold a presentation on the PLAN on friday(15th).

Well, you just need a plan, really. Surely nobody will blame you if you have completely revised it by the time the essay is due?

Of Mice and Men? Yucky! Was forced to do that for GCSE, and I still detest it.

Also, 750 words doesn't qualify as an essay

Our english teacher is also grading the presentation and it needs to be atleast 5 mins long....
