Right. So I was earning money yesterday(refereeing an american football match). So I got 20€. Now I have 60€ with my current savings. Here comes the tricky bit. What to do with the money? Do I save the money for better use, OR just buy a new game. If I come to the conclusion of buying a new game. What game will I buy? I have a Gamecube and a PC. If you can help me come up with games that are good, I'l handle the rest, because.. That's where the border goes actually.

You could save your money for something good like pizza, but that's consumable. :) I always end up saving my money unless it's in my pocket and I'm with friends; then I always end up treating them to stuff because I feel like I haven't spent anything in a long time, so I can afford it. But that's just me... I bet if you asked the right people here, you could get some good beer/alcohol recommendations. :)

Save up, unless there is a pressing need to buy something, best to save up the cash, especially if a situation arises that ya might need to spend it on, otherwise music is always good to buy. :)

My worthless piece of advice would be: if you don't know by now of a game that you want, wait and save. I wouldn't buy a game just because I've got the money, if you'll wait there may appear a game that you like, or another kind of thing, and then you'll have the money to buy it, not if you spend it now.

(But if somebody knows of a game that's hot do tell him so he can browse through some online publicity.)

I have a couple of games on the back of my mind. I'll go browse some sites. :)

60 Euros? Well, here's my advice.

I would, for example, buy few older but legendary games which are on budget.
For example, Civ3 costs 15 E today. I bought Might and Magic VII for 15 E.
Also , if you can, buy some used games for your console- some older ones in fine condition could be really cheap.

If you would buy just 2 of these games, you could spare some money for future- for traveling, for example.

And, if possible, use some for charity- even direct one- buy some sugar and give it to the beggar on the street. I call that "buying square meters in Heaven".

My edit:

For mind's sake!

Thanks Sinke! But I bought a gamepad(logitech Rumblepad 2[PS2 controller, just for PC]) and Earth 2160, and my brother bought splinter cell, so now I'm happy and can play all the cool games with gamepad(madden, mario twilight DX,  halo? and Pro evolution Soccer 5).

Well I think that is quite good spending, in terms of gaming.

By the way, are you satisfied with your Gamecube? I was thinking about buying one, now when the price gets lower.

Yeah! It has good games. But don't buy crappy licence games. Only licence game I've enjoyed on the gamecube is LOTR: Third age.

Some of the mario games, like Mario Tennis are good license games, and same with Soul Calibur 2.

Well I could, but you know, there is this, yeah, Guybrush business here.

Well, I wanted to play games such as "new" Zeldas and Metroids. I have PS2, and it covers most of GC's games anyway.  Dunno.

Yeah. Metroid Prime is awsome, haven't tried echoes. TLOZ: Wind Waker isn't that good, it isn't as good as Ocarina of Time or Majora's Mask, but still quite an enjoyable game(2 times through, 3rd time half-way). I think buy Twilight princess on Wii is going to be a better solution than buying it for the GC.
