It goes for the most likely number you'll choose. Do it for long enough and it'll be wrong.

what is 38?

P.S. it might be ingenuis, but it's a very old trick. most of the times people even still use the number 9  (I never bothered to check if the operations themsevles vere completely identical).

I did 11, the correct answer is 9, it got 38. 38 doesn't equal 9.

first of all, it probably got 36, not 38. and... you are aware that there are only 10 or so picutres, right? that means that several numbers have the same pic.
