The game needs a way to improve the base damage of weapons. Once you reach Goldbrand, there's basically no better weapons, unless you enchant, which won't give a long lasting improvement. The game gets much harder in the high levels, since enemies level up, but weapons don't.

Yes, and it also makes me wish I got the PC version so that I could download mods for more items. Sheesh, well, I'm off to BestBuy to get the PC version, then trade in the 360 one (yes, it's a whole game which I probably spent a hundred or more hours on, but waah).
I've seen some really cool stuff being made for Oblivion, this one Post-apocalyptic mod really caught my eye.
Side-Note -- It's fun arranging dead bodies in sex positions

Sorry for the double-post, but I have a Wood Elf Thief right now, and I'm on that Dark Brotherhood quest where you have to kill the Draconis family, anyone know that one?
Well my problem is that the family member that runs the inn (forgot the name of the inn) always has a guard in the same room, which means if I try to kill Draconis in his sleep, sneak up and stab him from behind with the sneak attack bonus, it won't matter since that guard won't leave the freaking room, how should I do this? I don't want to pay a fine, I've already killed like tons of guards in other cities to avoid finage, and I've seeked help from the Thieve's guild like ten thousand times, and I think they're getting annoyed.

Oh, thanks.
But I already killed him, the guard went to the top of the stairs for like five minutes and I poisoned my arrow and killed the guy while the guard wasn't looking.
I also accidently killed a Thieve's Guild fencer earlier in the game while I was trying to join the Dark Brotherhood, there's no way I can bring him back is there? (I didn't know what the dude would be)
Oh, and what affects your sneak attack damage more? The skill you have in the weapon or Sneak? I've upped Sneak and Markmenship considerably, and the sneak attack damage has gone way up, but it's still not as powerful as I hoped, which skill should I upgrade for maximum benefit?

Oh the ressurect command? It won't help much since his body has dissapeared
But does anybody have any hints on how I can improve sneak attack damage in any way? I need to kill the heavily armored Draconis family woman, can't remember which town it was in, her name starts with a C I think. Anyway, I managed to kill all the family member in one shot of an arrow. But she's a whole other story, are there any poisons I can get somewhere, or someway for me to kill her instantly without alerting guards?
(If you don't kill them immediatly, the guards are automatically summoned/bountied)

I remember having trouble with her as well (it's in Leyawiin I think)
I tried it serveral times, one time I even unleashed anarchy upon the entire city when citizens came to my defence and began to attack the guards.
It was nice, but not exactly stealthy. I eventually managed to kill her at night when she was standing alone near a pool of water.

Ooh, I found the key, I dragged her disposition towards me all the way to 0 by playing the minigame repeteadly and trying to get the worst results, I made a really insulting comment and she attacked me without the guards being provoked to attack me, in fact they were the ones that killed her.

What's the point of that lame little coin you get when you buy the game?
I chewed on it for awhile, it wasn't damaged at all, which means the quality is quite good, but I don't see a point in it.
I was also kinda dissapointed that they didn't have a cloth map.

This video is pretty interesting.
It shows some eastereggs in the game, since I've finished most of the sidequests and guild quests (I'm only starting on the Daedric stuff) I've been searching around for some interesting stuff, and I managed to find some of the stuff in this vid.
It's pretty fun, just go out searching for interesting things.
