What is the EXACT location of the favicon actually?
I'm getting that blue IPB icon on "www.reloaded.org/forum/favicon.ico"
Whereas on the main page I'm getting the correct "http://www.reloaded....rg/favicon.ico"
And I've literally cleaned out the WHOLE favicon database. :/
So refreshing, going in threads etc. seem to be pointless.

Due to repeated techinal issues with the old black skin, Carbon Red has been removed from the forum. We will use Red Pro until we figure out which skin to use. Thanks! 
As for the Favicon, once I get a new skin working, I'll also attempt to upload a favicon, and get that working.
