The screenshots reminded me of some mid-nineties mecha simulation game I've seen in a "History of FPS Games" video some time ago (it could be Mech Warrior 2 but I'm not sure). This one seems to be primarily designed for multiplayer battles though.

On another note, the download link on the official site gives me a "Not Found" error for some reason.

Mr Flibble, are you trying to get the Windows version or the Linux version?

Dunno, it gives me a "Not Found" error whenever I click on the "Downloads" button (just found that clicking on "Forums" also gives a similar result, as does "Live Chat"). Maybe I need to be registered and logged in first, as most sections of the site tell me I need to register, even the one called "Register" gives this message:

(It turns out that to register, you have to click "Signup" button below the login form)

I've got the impression the site is still under construction or something. They certainly do lack a more detailed description of the game there, maybe it is assumed that people who come to play already know what the game is about.

On the bright side, Googling yielded a link to a Wiki dedicated to the game, with some in-depth information about it

Yes, you have to register for free to actually play the game, but not to download.  I just downloaded it without registering.

There is a official download page @ http://loreaftermath...hp?2-Main-Forum no official page atm.

There is no need to register to download, but if anyone wants to post something there, I have to warn about some registeration errors.
