"The Abbey of Crime" is a PC remake of the cult classic game "La Abadia del Crimen". The game was originally conceived as a version of Umberto Eco's book The Name of the Rose and is considered one of the perfect ten games for Spectrum according to Retro Gamer.

The remake is being developed using UDK - Unreal Development Kit, and besides new high quality 3D graphics players can expect a new version of the legendary game with a fantastic soundtrack, soundfx and the possibility of playing with text dialogues or full scale voice acting.

The game has been split in chapters with the first one having a release date of Christmas 2011.

Yes. That's a fantastic job and that is being used as a reference jointly with the original for the development of this remake.
