Okay, now I got some news: The Stone Giant Lord in The High Mountain Village doesn't care for me anymore and he's suddenly behind locked doors!!!

Okay, dirty multiposting, but now I do need advice: isn't there any way to calm down that eternal guardian? At least I can't get him move from the stairway like the guidebook suggests and now I can't get further...

I was, but I accidentally (on my trail of mayhem) happened to attack him too...

Then you'll need to get him to chase you away from the stairs and then teleport on top of the stairs and go down before he catches you.  Also, don't rely on the Darkforge shortcut to the lower CoC anymore, it won't work in the down direction if you pissed off the Eternal Guardian

So, no. The one on the stairway doesn't make a move, he only replicates himself and stays still. He doesn't even attack - replies only if I chat to him...

Nothing usable to that - except Ventriloquism, but it's only 60 and I wouldn't trust on that. Admitted, I didn't think that possibility, but chances are quite non-existent...

Thought of that before my reply, but had none. But then, all of the sudden, when I was just about to fall asleep I woke up and realized that when I visited the Library (of whatever) I found Stun Ray - which I forgot this far as I didn't find any use for it! And there I was thinking I had checked my spell list... (Longer than two best together before this. I just hate to read long lists. )

Stunning isn't the same as confusing, though. Couldn't you just scum for a potion of confusion for a bit? I mean, as long as the eternal guardian is blocking the stairs, you're not really getting anywhere anyway...

Got a level 18 grey elf wizard with a nice, dangerous dagger of death.
Down to the elemental chaos palaver, and thinking of checking out some of those wilderness locations before I kill myself in the temples.
Anywhere I shouldn't be hitting quite yet?
