I just tried sending a test PM to Flop, and I'm getting the same "Inbox full" error.

Hmm, that's odd. Maybe the number of PM's my mailbox can hold has decreased recently. I'll try deleting some more.
Edit: That must've been it, I guess. My mailbox was 125% full. I've deleted some more old messages, so it should be ok now.
