Which pool rules are you using? O_o

What I need now is a comfy seat to chill out a bit. After that, it's dancing time!

The rules we are using are:

Aim at the white ball
Try to hit a stripey \ solid ball into the pocket
Wait for other player to do the same
Repeat



And here's a chair for you.  *pulls up a chair for El to sit in*

...I'm a little nervous today. (By the way, this is a real-life situation). You see, I started a video channel on ubroadcast.com. The videos I posted, broke the rules, I won't tell you the details of the videos however. Anyway, I get two emailes telling me my account has been terminated. That was okay with me. But then I get another, very scary email saying this, with horrible spelling too:

"We will cnact the approate authorities."
"Your IP address has been saved"

This has scared the shit out of me. My brain is telling me that it was a automated email and not to worry (Noticing the terrible spelling of it), while I'm also afraid. Overall, boycott ubroadcast. It the service broadcast's 'uncensored" content, then why do I take the fall?


I'm a bit scared at this point... Which is not common of me...

Just got a reply:

"Uploading adult material is against our current terms and conditions, and was not allowed under the old ubroadcast platform. Letting only user above 18 have access does not mean you can upload porn or other content to the website.

At the moment, your information has been logged and not yet reported, and is at our discretion to do so at any time."

Their REAL nice aren't they? I'm best off just leaving it alone I guess. I'm thinking that he was hinting, that if I push it, they'll report it.

Thank you god or whoever is up-there. Maybe my grandfather was looking out for me. I'm not going to be reported, fined, or arrested. Here's how I found out:

I decided to be a detective, and send a fake email. I needed to know whether I was safe or not. So, I sent an email containing this:

Hello,

I'm thinking of starting a radio station on ubroadcast.com. But one of my friends told me, that when he was a member in 2008, he was threatened to be reported, after he posted some adult content.

My question, is that if I sign up, and I happen to break the rules, will I get reported to the FBI? This would be a terrible breach of privacy. Have you reported people before? Or is it just logging them and just banning them. I do not care if I get banned, but I do not want to go to jail.

Then, I received this reply:

We take the abuse of our terms and conditions very serious.
 
Absolutly NO adult material, pornographic, hate or other content is allowed on ubroadcast (live or uploaded).
 
We would report those users who continue to break the rules after they have been banned, or create new accounts and upload the same material several more times, or extreme cases (threats, hate, etc.) This has not happened yet to date.

Of course I will not register again. So....

Drinks all around! I'm not going to prison. The last few day's, I have felt very nervous. Before I was bored, then I wished I was back to being bored. I was so sad, thinking "How could I be so stupid, trying to make money by doing that?".  

Let's celebrate! I could not have gone through this without the support of AR. My family did not even know about this. No one but you guys knew. I love you all.
