*ambulance finally arrives for Nick, sticks a plaster on him, then leaves*


There, you're all patched up again.  

[Nick]

*Paramedic starts talking to Nick* "Hang in there! We're taking you to Abandonia Hospital."

"Wait... Frodo you take over the pub... while I recover..." Nick whispers in a low-tone voice.

*The Paramedic closes the doors to the ambulance, and they drive away, sirens blaring. The Paramedic get's the radio.* "This is medic #81, we are bringing a patient with serve neck and arm trauma, two gun shot wounds, and serverly low heart-rate & blood pressure. Prepare the OR for surgery."

[Frodo]

Don't worry Nick.  You're pub will be in good hands, until you return.  

*makes a get-well card for Nick*

[Nick]

Operating Room - 7:05 PM.
Patient: N ZARANO - #283551

"Scalpel...suction, scissors." The surgeon says. "We need to take the bullet out of his neck. Nurse, keep track of his wind pipe. We can not puncture it."

*The surgeon starts cutting into Nick's neck and flaps back some of the skin. "Ah, there it is."

"Doctor! He's losing oxygen!" the nurse yells. "Oh, shit. Get a respirator in here. SAP." screams the surgeon.

*Loud Speaker: CODE BLUE in OR. CODE BLUE in OR.*

[Frodo]

Okay, I'm taking care of the pub, until Nick returns.  

The pub now has a protective spell (like Caritos), so there will be no more violence, no guns, no weapons, and no fights of any kind.  So come in, relax, and enjoy yourselves.

*Three Colombians walk in with smart, white suits and matching hats, each carrying a cello case*

Wow, this place has piced up pace lately!

Mean while, in Abandonia Hospital:

*Open's eyes* "Hu..ggh... where am I?".

*Beep...Beep...Beep...Beep...*

*Nick listens to his IV beep in an annoying tone. A nurse walks into the room.* "Hello there Mr...Zarano. It's nice to see you awake."

"How long have I been here?" asks Nick. "You've been in a semi-coma for the 5 days." the nurse replied. "Shit.". "Hey, that's not nice."

*Nick falls back asleep.*

After 10 days' recovering in the Hospital:

*Nick limps into the pub with a cane.*

"Hi there everyone! Ya thought you could get rid of me! But... I'm back!

*Cough* *Hughhh... Cough*

"Can someone get me a shot of scotch and a chair?"

Wow, everyone is serving me. Thanks guys. By the way, I took care of our little problem. Let's just say... That if a federal agent or police officer comes in here, looking for me, tell them you don't know anything. Our little friend won't bother anyone EVER again. Understand?
