Really short game but what a game! It is so cool. The story is very interesting. There could be a little bit more depth in the characters but the whole impression is - a game worth playing

Don't remember exactly, but I think the "finder" isn't supposed to be used in the bedroom.
... IIRC.
Spoiler. Highlight to read said:
Try it in the hidden room in the basement

HELP! I don't even know if anyone reads this forum anymore, but I've run into a problem on 5 Days a Stranger...
I've got the teddy bear on the stick, and I have it in Matthew's room. I've given it to Trilby at the bed and he says "That should do it" (or something to that affect. But nothing happens. No finder appears in my inventory (as I've seen from walkthroughs that it should). I also tried holding the salty stick bear and waving it over the bed myself. Nothing. Help! =)

It depends on the language.

Maybe Yahtzee should work on Lost In The Nightmare 3.

If it were Dorian all you'd see was a skeleton from day 1-7. But good thinking. I wasn't sure if it tied into anything with the game or what not. But it was definitly one of those subtle features that gets to you throughout the game. The big things make you jump, it's the small things that give you the heart attack...

The Simpsons can't be wrong dudes, watch what you guys are saying, and the same goes for Mr. Mendeleiev!
(By the way please don't correct me about Mendeleiev's knowledge of lanthanides. )

Picture? My apologies. My sig's a direct quote from The Simpsons (S13E11 - The Bart Wants What It Wants, if for some reason you want to check) - blame the writers

While we're on the subject of "Little mistakes Beef has made", I'd like to point out that there are only 15 lanthanides (so his sig is defunct, though funny).
As for the painting, I thought it was one of the cleverest devices in the game, and genuinely scared me. Though nothing can match the cleverness of that part at the start where you pull the shower curtain aside and there's nothing there; that's a masterpiece of tension and anticlimax.
