Meh there was no quote, but those games should definetly not get banned, they're still fun for people who have measures, but I'll never pay a monthly fee for a game, no matter how good it is...

DakaSha:if you go into a kindergarden and give all the kids rubber schlongs they will prob just hit each other over the head with them
DakaSha:and you have a class of little kids hitting eachother with rubber dongs which must be quite funny (also Picklweasel knight I am)

The monthly fee is a thing most MMORPG's have... well Guild Wars doesn't..
But imagine just how many servers there are on the net, and how many people on each server. The numbers must be huge. Well there must be some people to control these servers, and to ban certain players... That's their job, they must get paid.

Well call me cheap, but if Guild War concept works, I think all of the others could embrace it...

I don't think it should be banned, really there are the people who get seriously addicted to these games and yeah that's unfortunate to see, but some people manage to actually not get addicted and still play for a good amount of time, that's not crazy, not something to punish for just a few. And besides with the revenue these games are making I don't see it happening any time soon.

I just bought guild wars. A friend gave the tip. I must say it's a pretty awesome concept. Intuitive way of cooperative play with other players. No language problems because of regional districts etc. The way how they incorporated a story inside a mmorpg.

I really love how to point the way to other players, by drawing a line on the map. Very good thinking.

Besides that, the graphics, mood, etc is very atmospheric.

A true gem

I wasn't being serious about it being banned, was makeing a point. The game is a huge experience for some people and I think that a lot of the players need to be more sensible when it comes to time allowance for the game.
