Sounds great.

And you should definitely see it in 48 FPS. See the difference.

And wow, you are right. It's pretty much being released on the same date next year. LOL At least the third one comes out about 6 months later, after the second. That's what they kinda did with Harry Potter. HP7 part 1 came out in November, part 2 in July.

Glad you enjoyed the film. :D For someone who loved the original trilogy, this must have been a long wait, to finally see it.

Wonderful link!

I still intend to see it in 48fps soon.  I'm so curious, what it will be like, and how it differs from a normal film.  I still have enough points for one more free ticket.

Wonderful link, Nick.

Saw the 48 HFR version the other day.  It was amazing - loved all the 3D effects.

But I didn't see any difference from the standard 3D version  :P

Wonderful film though

My favorite part was at the end, when Bilbo has that fantastic quote, about helping Thorin if he can. My second favorite part is when Bilbo is talking with Gollum in the cave, and Gollum says "Shut up!" and Bilbo replies "I didn't say anything." LOL
