That's some of the best art I have seen to this day!
If it wasn't that you signed it (in a very artistic manner, I might add), I would've had difficulties believing that a soldier could do that.
Blimey, lad. What are you doing in the army anyways? You should've been a full-time artist! Unless you're the guy who makes drafting posters.

I have a hard time reconciling my creative side with my regimented side to be sure. I have had limited success in selling a couple of pictures here and there, but 1.) I have no idea how to effectively market myself 2.) I have no real formal training 3.) I don't have a whole lot of time due to my day job and family. I retire from the military in 3 years and will persue my hobbies a bit more fully. I love to create more than to destroy.

If you have more drawings, please make a topic here and show us them
As for marketing yourself, you could actually try to approach game producers, show them a portfolio, and ask if you could be a background artist. That picture is very dreamy and amazing, and a lot of games needs people to create such backgrounds.

Lets just go over to his house and pay him. (Or his barracks, as he's in military service)

HOLY CHRIST!!!!
*checks time stamps*
Request made: 06:34
Finished "draft" shown: 09:28
That's less than 3 hours of work! I couldn't have made that in less that a day myself - and that would be literally copying someone elses art with a pencil. You made it yourself!
That's amazing.
You, sir, are an artist!
