I use core usually, because of their brute strength and late game power.
Though arm has more tactical options, they don't really have a strong high tier unit that they can mass produce.

They do, on the other hand, have massive early-game advantages with PeeWees and Flashes, which is horribly overpowered.

The CORE soldier KBot (the one with crap lasers) is no match at all for the Peewee.

But yeah, in the late game, CORE get Goliaths, which are truly horrible to fight, as well as better Advanced KBots.

ARM almost always, because of PeeWee massing and making those airplanes that strafe around as they fire (forgot the name).

Both sides got them.

I actually preferred the CORE ones as they got nifty rockets, although the ARM one did have twin PeeWee machine gun thingies.

They would circle strafe a target while flying in the air, and their projectiles were alot like the PeeWees, the Gunships were just lame overhead flyers.

Brawlers - they were gunships.

And the CORE one worked in the same way, albeit with rockets rather than EMGs like the ARM one.

And JimmyJ - You are very, very fortunate. Me and Danny have been trying to get TA : Spring working for donkey's years, we just about never connect to each others' servers

The Core did NOT have a similair unit until the expansion pack. And Gunships are a completely different unit, an actual unit called a Gunship which would fly overhead while shooting missles.

Was that not the Core Rapier, that was supposedly an Equal to the Brawler?

My dad is a Brawler fan, just gets 100 or so of the freaking things and attacks en masse...

Well, psucks, i have a 56k modem, so even though ta:s works, i cannot play with many people, and on the days that i connect really slowly, i cannot play at all

I have 1mbit broadband and me and Danny can NEVER connect. Argh...
