I quite like the Taru one. It works nicely. The image also fits with it.

I don't reccomend using the second one as a sig as it seems a bit too tall. And as others have said, the colours clash. The image is good. Though, the thickness of the glow around the image is a bit too thick. I quite like the little hat on top of the 'm' though.

I like it. It has a nice blurry effect to it, and it looks like a lava-lamp

The moogle is a strong contrast to it though, with very defined lines and colors. But that was probably your idea - to bring more focus to the moogle

My first attempt at using more than 2 colors,

I also like it. Looks good overall and flows quite well. The text doesn't seem to 'fit' though. Some parts of it are tucked beneath the semi-transparent border which makes it looked 'cramped'. Also the colour of the text doesn't fit with the theme of the image. Perhaps a moogle white with a nice stroke of oranage/red would work better?

Keep working away, you're getting noticeably better

Anyways background is kinda neat, like the effect ya were going for, very cool. Text would make it a bit different, change it up.

The background looks very nice, but maybe you should avoid using pure black for the writing or the frame. It clashes a bit with the blue...
