This is a lot less busy - only 130 or so members. Nearly as many regulars though - most ppl visit both.

I hardly ever visit the normal abandonia.com nowdays. This site has more of the types of games I usually play.

Yeah me too I barely go to abandonia anymore, but I'm trying to start again though, slowly but surely.

Hey win98, welcome to AR (way belated, but better than never)  

I barely have time to spend much time in either forum, but here is sort of my official home. Abandonia is well taken care of

It does suddenly seem to have died, it used to be really busy, which was nice - I got to be jealous of loads of people's arty talents

The merchandising contest doesn't even seem too busy either. Though I suppose that makes me more likely to win

Hey all, I made it here To be honest, I think I will like it here more than at Abandonia because there is more potential for new games to be developed to be put up. This is not to say that Abandonia is not a good place, it just is a different focus. I like freeware, it is nice if done well.

Also, I can see many AGS games coming here, because there are many high quality ones around.

Hi, forumites.

Anyway, although I've only made two posts, I feel that the vibe of this place is much more classier and fun than the original Abandonia forums, not to slight them, but it is true. No " wtf iz dosb0x" or "dne 2 sux" nonsense here, although that was easy to ignore.  

I know I'm going to enjoy myself here.

Wait till we get as many members as Abandonia, then you'll see more of it. Like "Why can't I run this game? I thought the "This is a Linux game, you'll need to get the Windows port" in big letters was some kind of joke..."
