Hey everyone
 Reloaded is proud to announce its very first Game Of The Year Awards.  HUH? These awards will feature the best games of 2009, in several different catagories (shown below). Anyone can nominate a game or games by either posting here, or by sending me a Private Message. You must state the game title, a link, and the catagory you nominate it for. Nominations will be accepted up until midnight on 31 December 2009, after which, nominations will be closed. TELL ME MORE! I will keep a note of what has been nominated, and for which catagory. In the New Year, I will compile a short-list for people to vote from, for each category. This should give you plenty of chance to find, and nominate games. Shortly after that, I will announce the winners for each category. There will be no monetary prize, but each winner will receive a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd award banner, to display wherever the please. As long as the game is freeware, and released in 2009, then it is eligible. It doesn't have to be on Reloaded. This first post will be updated as more games are nominated. SO WHAT CATAGORIES CAN I VOTE FOR? Without further ado, let me announce the catagories:

They don't have to be featured on Reloaded, but they do have to be freeware. amd they do have to be released in 2009. This list will be updated as necessary. Um, sorry Nick. Transcendence wasn't released in 2009. The games you nominate have to be released this year.

IGF finalists and freeware at the same time (and downloadable):
-Dyson -Between -Mightier http://www.igf.com/02finalists.html All three games are released in 2009, just check Gametunnel if you have doubts. I haven't played a single one of them so I can't nominate them for specific categories, but it will be nice to have them as candidates. |

Removed Mental Repairs from the list.
About the games you nominated... a small version update or patch doesn't make it a new game, I'm afraid. And a lot of these were not released this year.
