I definitely recommend RPGM 2003. It has a better graphics set, more scripts to use, easier interface, new battle engine, and the runtime package is automatically included with packaged (finished) games. It makes creating games (like Liberta) fun and easy. So you can function on creating the overall story and not the scripts & code. ^_^

Which one do you prefer?

What about XP and VX? I personally find RPG Maker XP to be the best, VX sucks so hard.

2003 is much easier and more fun to work with, rather than XP.

If you take the time to learn the ruby scripting engine it becomes even more easier than 2003 imo. 2003 is still fun though.

My day's of game programming are pretty much over. The only two 'completed' games I made, were Liberta & Underworld Apprentice.
