This is something I always wanted for a long time, the classic tank shooter Scorched Earth with TCP/IP multiplayer support. Nothing fancy, just something along the lines of the original, maybe a few new cool weapons, and online multiplayer support.

I think you misunderstand. The request forum is for requesting that existing games be added to the site. 
That said, it's not a bad idea. I would love to play Scorched Earth online.
