I make an excellent pork roast with gravy and potatoes. Comes in handy when it's christmas time.
Furthermore, it is my opinion that Carthage must be destroyed.

I'm not a great cook, but guess I'll just have to learn since I'm going to move away from home this summer
At least I can make porridge, cook noodles and fry minced meat. I also know how to use the phone, so the local pizzeria knows where to deliver my orders.

Well, I can make instant soup

Same for me, though I don't really like cooking that much, since I am lazy.
I can cook most food though.
My favorite to make is oven roasted chicken, because I can leave it for a while and let it cook on its own.
Like I said, Lazy.

I just discovered a nice simple (a cheap) recipe for pasta sauce. Just fry chopped onion and garlic for like 3 min and then add crushed tomatoes and ketchup. Add a stock cube and some black pepper. Let it boil for 10 min and add some chopped peanuts and some sambaloelek.
Serve with pasta. *yum*
(2-3 persons)
1 Onion
Garlic
1 dl ketchup
400g Crushed tomatoes
A stock cube
1dl peanuts
Sambal oelek
*edit*
If you want you can add some shredded parmesan and sprinkle on top of the dish.

When you say ketchup, do you mean tomato puree or actual ketchup? What's sambaloelek - do we get that in the UK?

Sambal oelek. You might get it in a supermarket that stocks Asian food.

I can make a bit of Indian food and a pasta bake type thing with loads of herbs and stuff. I can do pizzas and pastas and salad. All of that crazy crap.
