Personally I like Zangband (mainly play TK - I like a few graphics) which is featured on the site (the TK version's quite hard to find anywhere else, actually), but I imagine you've tried that one.

An awesome one for your PDA is PaleoHack, a palm Nethack varient

(though I think I already told yah about it? Don't remember...)

GearHead is excellent, with decent subplots.  Better than 100 kill-foozle, fantasy roguelikes.

Never tried 3059, but it's supposed to be good.

Linley's Dungeon Crawl was fun when it was actively being developed.  Simpler and smaller, but fun.
