Personally I like Zangband (mainly play TK - I like a few graphics) which is featured on the site (the TK version's quite hard to find anywhere else, actually), but I imagine you've tried that one.

ToME (Reviewed on the Site)
GearHead (Pretty Cool although its missing PermaDeath and a Hiscore List)
Liberal Crime Squad (Well I think its cool as heck :max:)
Dungeon Crawl (Also on the site and I think it kicks tail... its not ADoM... but its cool... give it a try)

GearHead is excellent, with decent subplots.  Better than 100 kill-foozle, fantasy roguelikes.

Never tried 3059, but it's supposed to be good.

Linley's Dungeon Crawl was fun when it was actively being developed.  Simpler and smaller, but fun.
