P.S. you could just split the the whole archive in to about 50 parts, make it easier to download. Less failure.

Any idea what in that pig-mission #2 I should do? Radar Trap at the Death Valley, or something like that. I've destroyed every single enemy, every destroyable building (radar seems to be indestructible and my troops can for some reason drive through it. Is it bug, or am I missing something here?

In this mission all you have to do is to destroy the radar.
I think this is a bug but I'm not sure.
