No idea about if it runs on XP but it ran flawlessly on win 98.

That game was great, I used to have the full version with videos and everything.
The wasted/busted images were particularly nice, I even used them as wallpapers :)

Ah what memories of playing Rash I used to have, such a fun game the pc version definitely different than the sega genesis version though.

Road rash, as caused by leaning over too much when cornering at a stupid speed on a bike. I'm sure it's not freeware, either - it was released by Papyrus/EA in 1996.
