previous Ghosts album was 1/5 free as well (like 7 songs)

I love NIN and CANNOT wait for them to come to utah. IMO, year zero was awesome, the slip is good but not substantial enough, with teeth was okay, though the songs blurred together into an indiscriminate mush, ghosts was boring and unexciting, the fragile sucked, and the downward spiral was good, but hard for me to appreciate. The best part about the band is the fact that they release their multitracks online, which allowed me me make the TIGHTEST remix to "the great destroyer".

hey, fragile was awesome album. one of the best. and ghosts wasn't supposed to be 'exciting'.. it's an ambient album for relaxation. and why did you mention exactly those and only those? they have like 27 halos=S
btw i didn't get the last sentence, you made a remix for the great destroyer? share with us then=)

i haven't got a chance to listen to anything before the downward spiral and, while i did think ghosts was good ambient electronica, it was still ambient. I don't know why trent reznor chose to forego making use of his two best musical assests, his talent for coming up with incredible catchy choruses, and his voice. BTW, here is a link to my remix http://remix.nin.com/play/mix?id=8711

well there were about 5 cds named "every day is exactly the same" or "only" with a few remixes of the song, but the rest are normal length cds
here's complete discography http://www.9inchnails.com/discography/ and of course there are million kinds of rares, singles, Quake1 soundtrack and trent renzor only releases,
i will listen to your remix when i get back to normal internet connection btw

it's just the very major releases. there are really many awesome and absolutely new songs (not only remixes) in the different albums. it's just stupid to categorise it in lps
