Here's a neat old game that doesn't really play as one should wish.

Version 0.65 has fixed the intro and the title for the game, but the actual game just looks horrendous.

Might be worth a look into

It's not a game problem.
It was a problem in the emulation of DOSBox of a certain video call.

I'm afraid you have to wait till the next version of DOSBox before you can play this
old gem.
I can send you a version of DOSBox capable of playing the game if you can't wait ....
